Made in Austria.
Hand tooled design.
Midnight blue enamel stripes.  (the color appears lighter in the photographs)
The open and close push button features a dazzling Austrian Crystal.

Condition
Viewing with the naked eye shows a stunning case, with one or two small areas of imperfection.
Upon closer examination, under magnification, one can find 5 or 6 small areas of enamel loss.
See last photo for an idea of this. 
We will be happy to send more photos upon request which will detail the areas.
Overall, on a scale of one to ten, we would give this a nine.
