 Eivind Knud Petersen  worked in  Copenhagen, Denmark from 1941 - 1961.

This is a great example of a small scale modernist piece.  The design is in the detailing. Please see the photo close up of the four leaf clover on the clasp.
The 6 links  alternate between plain panels  and stylized panels  which have a line and ball motif.  Again, please see photos/

Measures 8" including the clasp.  When closed, it measures 7.5".
