Although this fabulous frog design has recently been reissued in stainless steel (to commemorate Henning Koppel's 90th birthday), here is an original issue from 1976 in bronze.  These are a rare find, and quite unusual.

This design was created by  Henning Koppel, and was also incorporated as a bracelet and necklace by the Georg Jensen Smithy.

Marked "Georg Jensen Design" on the bottom.
This small sculpture is in very nice vintage condition.  Unpolished, beautiful patina as found.

This weighs and incredible 16 ounces, and measures approx 3" by 3.25" by 1" tall.
