Many thanks to Paul at ChicagoSilver.com who identified our Clown as the famous Kukla, of course of The Kukla, Fran and Ollie TV show fame.  We understand from Paul that at least one other Kukla version was made by Kalo. Very sweetly done, with a weight of 14.8 grams.
