Fantastic Authentic Vintage Bakelite Bowling Ball with 10 Pins Necklace.

A cherry red bowling ball (complete with  the 3 little finger holes) is what makes this piece extra special.  I have seen a few over the years with  a black ball, but this red one is fabulous!

This is an original 1940s piece, not reworked or newly created. , It is presented on its original maroon plastic chain and olive green hook.  We believe at one time the color of the chain and hook were the same, but 70+ years of time have altered the colors.  You can see the same chain and hook (football bracelet) on page 157 of Bakelite jewelry: good, better, best  By Wasserstrom and  Piña.
